1. Ownership Warranty
By submitting any content (profile information, images, descriptions, or any other material) to Xtremers Club, you declare and warrant that you are the sole rights holder of that content, or that you have explicit written authorization from the rights holder(s) to publish it on this platform.
2. Indemnification (Hold Harmless)
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Xtreme Designs, its officers, employees and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any content you have uploaded.
3. Right of Recourse
Xtreme Designs has the contractual right to recover from the responsible talent any amount paid as damages, settlements or legal fees as a consequence of content uploaded by that talent.
4. Aesthetic Curation Disclaimer
Xtreme Designs performs curation based on aesthetic and technical quality criteria. Approval of a work does not imply validation of its legal ownership, which remains the sole responsibility of the author.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these terms.
